* What are your booking policies?
Bookings are confirmed with a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due before check-in.
We recommend booking early to secure your preferred dates, as our stays are in high demand.
* Can I modify my booking?
Booking dates are non-flexible to ensure availability for all guests.
We kindly ask that you confirm your travel plans before booking.
* What is your cancellation policy?
All confirmed bookings are non-refundable. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend arranging travel insurance.
* Can I get a refund if I check out early?
Refunds for early departures or unused nights are not available.

* What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
This allows us to thoroughly prepare the space for each guest.
* Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in from 12:30 PM or late check-out until 12:00 PM may be available for a fee of $95 AUD,
subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.
* How do I access the property?
We offer self check-in via a secure keyless entry system or lockbox.
Your access details will be shared 24 hours prior to arrival.
* Are linens and towels provided?
Yes! We provide fresh linens and one towel per guest.
If needed, you’re welcome to bring additional towels or linens for your convenience.
* Can I have guests over during my stay?
To ensure a comfortable experience for الجميع, only registered guests listed on the booking are permitted.
* What if I’m bringing an infant?
Infants are welcome, however the property is not specifically baby-proofed.
A travel cot can be arranged for an additional $50 setup fee—please request this during booking.

One key fob is provided per booking for access to shared facilities.
We recommend coordinating usage within your group, as additional fobs cannot be issued.

While we love celebrations, parties are not permitted to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
Please be mindful of noise, especially after 10:00 PM.
* Are pets allowed?

We kindly ask that you leave the property tidy—please dispose of trash and place used towels in the laundry basket.
There’s no need to strip the beds.
* Can I leave my luggage after check-out?
Unfortunately, we do not offer luggage storage at this time.
If you have a later departure, nearby storage services may be available.
* What if I leave something behind?
If you leave an item behind, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to assist in returning it to you, with any associated costs covered by the guest.

We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. Payment instructions will be provided during the booking process.

Yes! We provide discounted rates for stays longer than 7 or 30 days.
